Product and Design

We provide a full design service to suit every type of client. From multinational purchasing companies who deal with high volume, high spec projects or an independent hotel, villa or resort, as well as retailers and wholesalers of home ware products.

We also offer hassle-free design + living solutions to meet all client needs.

Packaging, Branding and Labeling

Our product is packed with corrugated paper, carton box and wooden crates. Stickers or labels indicating country of origin and product specifications (code, description, material, color, etc.) are sealed on the packaging.

We can support your company with branding, packaging and labeling of product  goods (hang-tags, stickers, business cards, brass plaques, codes, shopping bags, and promotional materials). However, there will be an additional charge for this service.

Samples

We will provide samples as requested, with maximum of one piece on up to five styles upon indication of order. All the samples will be charged at the normal buying price, and once the order is placed, we will deduct the payment of the same items that were provided as samples from the invoice. All shipping costs incurred for samples delivered, will be paid by the customer. However, the terms can be negotiated in service agreement with us.

 

Quality Control

We have an extensive internal audit and inspection quality control process. We welcome external auditing as required by client. Any product quality issues after delivery will be discussed and will be dealt with immediately, as long as evidence is provided.
